Simple yet full of flavour, diners can begin with a salmon Yu Sheng before sipping on a comforting bowl of double boiled old cucumber soup or fish maw soup. Then herald the Year of the Pig with a culinary line up of superbly crafted Chinese New Year cuisine including roasted duck with plum sauce and in Cantonese style, golden tau fu with minced chicken and scallion, stir fried “Har Lok” prawn with scallion, crispy seabass with Thai chilli sauce and of course, steam glutinous rice in lotus leaf with Chinese wax meat.
