$28++ per person inclusive of appetizer and dessert buffet, with choice of mains

Beverage add-ons for:
Add $12++ for free-flow of soft drinks and juices
Add $38++ for free-flow of beer and house pour red & white wines

*Auspicious Salmon Lo Hei at $28++ for 4 to 6 persons and $38++ for 8 to 10 persons

About Sky22

Sky22 at Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena introduces the lunch and dinner semi-buffet that come with unlimited servings from the extensive salad, soup and freshly baked breads, and dessert spreads, with a choice of one main from a selection offered.
The main course features a rotating menu of locally-inspired and western selection such as Chicken Parmigiana with Buffalo Cheese and Rocket Salad in Pesto Sauce, Pan-seared Seabass with Barley Risotto, Okra in Sambal Aioli and Barbecue Pork Ribs with Corn on Cob and Cajun Fries. Local and Asian specialities such as Ayam Kapitan (Nyonya Curry Chicken) and Assam Laksa Lemak will also be offered on a rotating basis.

The semi-buffet is available for lunch from Monday to Friday, 12pm to 2:30pm at $28++ per person, and dinner from Sunday to Thursday, 6pm to 10pm at $36++ per person.

Experience the weekend buffet lunch and dinner only at $56++. Tantalise your taste buds with Chef John’s delightful renditions of Asian and international dishes featuring Pan-seared Seabass with Mediterranean Salsa, Braised Pork Belly and Braised Lamb Shank in the buffet spread. Diners can look forward to seasonal themed buffets such as Seafood Bonanza, Penang Hawker Fare and Korean Food Fare.
