About Mo'mor Izakaya

Mo’mor is a modern izakaya with Japanese-European-inspired elements. Helmed by veteran Chef Martin Woo, it serves delectable tapas and grilled plates in the cosy enclave of Tanglin. Apple Cured Salmon Sashimi (S$16): The dish is the epitome of harmony – the salmon is accentuated by a flavourful medley of yuzu gel, pickled cucumber and olive oil caviar. The salmon is cured for 24 hours, thus it boasts an immediate and piquant flavour. Hokkaido Scallop Tartare (S$22): A decidedly Japanese offering, it features lotus chips and ikura served on a spoon. The light sprinkling of furikake – a dried fish condiment – lends the dish a spicy kick. Matsusaka Wagyu Striploin (S$9 per 10 gram): This melt-in-the-mouth grill is drizzled with a tangy ponzu sauce. Shredded cabbage accompanies the striploin, tempering the meat overload.
